• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. • All appointments require a deposit which shall be paid at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the total at the time of your appointment. If for any reason you can’t make your appointment, you will not receive your deposit back and will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. If the required deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking, the appointment will be canceled and you will have to book a new appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be required before booking any future appointments. • In the case of a No Call / No Show, the full service amount (100%) must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. • Please be prepared to pay with cash or card. • If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled (but I’d always appreciate a text if you’re running late). • Children are not to accompany you to your appointment to ensure that they stay safe and are not injured by any hot tools, scissors, sharp objects, etc… • For all appointments please arrive with freshly cleaned, dry hair. • Please wear something comfortable to your appointment. • Please book your appointment for a time in the day where you won’t be rushed. Quality work takes time but the end result is always worth it!
